My feeling after doing the small group teaching
My feeling when start to teach in  the group is nervous. Why i feel nervous? I felt nervous because I only brought the lesson plan, and I forgot to bring the material to be presented. So I think that was not optimal, when I'm presenting. But I was glad to do a presentation that will run well, although not perfect. However, I can learn from these mistakes.
Things that I want to improve for the next week
I want to prepare for an exciting learning media to support my teaching presentation. The other thing I want to prepare is to master the learning material as well. In addition, I will use a variety of learning methods so that students will not feel bored. With it I don’t feel nervous again.
Things that I get from my  friend's presentation
From my  friends pesentation I get a lot of things. The first I know the method they use, such as direct learning, contextual learning, CTL, etc. The second I got to know how well the presentation. I learned a lot from them. They give me inspiration, they also give me criticis and advice. With the criticism and advice I know my weaknesses and can fix it.
I believe, if we have confidence, have optimism, and presentation materials with good mastering, surely we can do good presentations.

Micro teaching

Micro teaching is learning to improve performance in teaching or training skills to manage teaching and learning interactions. The purpose of micro teaching is to equip prospective teachers prior to school for teaching practice. So, micro teaching is the lesson that students need to practice about teaching with the teaching fellow students as students of this program. With the micro teaching practice we can feel to be a real teacher, we can also know how to teach well and knows our weaknesses while teaching. With this we can improve teaching skills.

My advice is in the assessment, lecturer not only to assess our current practice of teaching but the teacher also view and assess the process of making teaching materials. with this lecture I wish I could get a way to teach well, fun, has quality and has character.
